You will also be responsible for communicating construction quality issues and energy code requirements to client onsite personnel, as well as communicating timely and professionally with immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations. Requirements include no previous experience needed, however, knowledge of general construction is a plus. You must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather, have strong attention to detail, and be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground. Additionally, you must have dependable transportation, be a hard worker, and have a positive team player attitude. You will also be required to travel and work at remote sites. Physical Requirements: While each task on site can be learned quickly, the job is rigorous with equipment setup, but when mastered, does not take long to perform each individual inspection. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, be able to reach over head, be able to lift up to lbs of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday if necessary, and be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, walking, stopping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Salary: $38-42k
