We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at NHS Management Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our skilled nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
