Endodontic Associate Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor
  • Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture
  • Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical process and preferences
  • Markets to new and maintains existing referrals
Core Clinical Responsibilities
  • Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teeth
  • Administering anesthetics
  • Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries, such as apicoectomies
  • Addressing traumatic dental injuries
  • Staying up-to-date with new trends and developments in endodontics
Qualifications
  • Surgical experience preferred
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
