Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive and inquisitive Integration Engineer to thrive in a fast-paced development setting, collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party applications (SaaS).
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and integrations.
- Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of systems, ensuring they meet scalability and performance standards aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across functions to execute projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing integrations within the Workday ecosystem, utilizing cloud connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
- Proficient in XML transformation using XSLT.
- Familiarity with various document transfer formats such as EDI and ISO.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Skilled in application development using Workday Extend.
- Background in enterprise application integrations using middleware tools like Mulesoft or similar.
Additionally, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- A comprehensive understanding of system architecture and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), along with QA processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology tools and their applications.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to engage effectively with business users during requirement gathering, solution design, development, and quality assurance.
- Action-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills
- High-level understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Experience with Workday report writing.
- Familiarity with Workday business processes and domain security.
Compensation and Benefits
Netflix offers a competitive salary structure without bonuses, allowing you to choose your compensation mix between salary and stock options. The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $700,000. We provide comprehensive benefits, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock options, disability programs, and more.
