Custodial Professional

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a qualified Custodial Professional to join our facilities team. This part-time position offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and taking pride in their work.

This position requires working 5 hours per day, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The hourly rate is $15.00. If you are a reliable and detail-oriented individual with excellent cleaning skills, we encourage you to apply.

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans for proper disposal and use compactors for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedules.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully pass a drug test (in some situations).
• Have prior cleaning experience.
