CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Care Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our virtual care team, you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients through a remote technology platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems, as well as health counseling and disposition planning for patients.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement program and process improvements to enhance clinical quality initiatives.
- Provide oversight of behavioral health care, including quality and training to new providers.
- Current, unrestricted license in one of the following states: AR, CO, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, NE, NV, TN, TX, or WY.
- Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish, may be required depending on the market.
- High-speed broadband internet connectivity.
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner and Psych-Mental Health program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse roles required.
Working EnvironmentDedicated virtual care providers must meet minimum requirements for remote care delivery, including broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background to conduct visits from, and the ability to uphold patient privacy per CVSH guidelines.
