Job Title: Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse. This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state where the assignment is located
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
