Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in concrete finishing techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Smooth and level concrete surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish
  • Apply sealing compounds and decorative finishes as required
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
  • Familiarity with various concrete tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Physical strength and stamina for demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Carpentry knowledge and CDL license are a plus
