Barista - Cafe Granada / Rancho Bernardo Inn

Rancho Bernardo Inn, a highly awarded destination resort, is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Cafe Granada. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct guest service in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to the guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures of Rancho Bernardo Inn and JC Resorts.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to daily checklists, standards, and direction from managers and supervisors.
- Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- English fluency required.
- Some knowledge of banquet procedure and proper lifting techniques preferred.
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
The Barista will be required to stand and walk moderate distances throughout the shift, handle and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and work under pressure.
