Certification Requirements
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS: Basic Life Support
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • Tech Certification Verification: National
  • State License Verification: Required
Position Overview
  • Schedule: 4x10 days shift
  • Certification: Vascular certified
  • Call Rotation: Weekday on-call from 7 PM to 7 AM, once or twice weekly
  • Weekend On-Call: Friday to Sunday, with Saturday and Sunday morning responsibilities
  • Weekend Rotation: Every 4th or 5th weekend based on staffing needs
Job Qualifications
  • National Tech Certification: As applicable
  • Government-Issued ID: Required
  • ACLS Certification: From recognized organizations with signed documentation
  • BLS Certification: Required with signed documentation
  • State Licenses: May be required in certain states
  • Primary Source Verification: For State License
  • Competency Assessment: Must meet or exceed the Angoff score or achieve a passing score
  • Medication Test: Pharmacology competency assessment
