Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:

    • Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of hardware to identify and rectify issues.
    • Execute signal integrity analysis, power integrity analysis, and other validation techniques for hardware.
  • Optimization and Improvement:
    • Enhance hardware designs for optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing hardware systems and propose innovative solutions.
    • Stay informed about the latest advancements in embedded hardware technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into product development.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to align hardware development with overarching product objectives and timelines.
    • Provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams during the production and testing phases of hardware components.
    • Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
  • Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and digital/analog circuit design.
  • Familiarity with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and convey technical concepts clearly.
