Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex healthcare construction initiatives in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in healthcare construction, with a proven track record of handling projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks, budgets, procurement, and invoicing, while ensuring proper quality control and safety protocols are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
