Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex healthcare construction initiatives in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in healthcare construction, with a proven track record of handling projects from start to finish.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, budgets, procurement, and invoicing, while ensuring proper quality control and safety protocols are maintained.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the execution of healthcare construction projects, such as hospitals and medical offices.
- Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to clients and upper management.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with healthcare facility design, regulations, and codes.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k).
