• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws
• Conduct tax planning and audit support to help clients minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, applying your expertise to provide informed guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our tax services

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual and business tax returns
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply tax laws and regulations to complex situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
