Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment, including Philips Allura bi-plane and Stryker Airo portable CT, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout the imaging process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required.
  • New Jersey license required.
  • Experience with Philips Allura bi-plane, Stryker Airo portable CT, and GE OEC 3 D Carm preferred.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to radiation and potentially hazardous materials. You must be able to lift and move equipment as needed, and work effectively in a team setting.
