About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front-End Team as a Customer Service Associate. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience and contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
