Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  • Operate safely at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily truck inspections, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand.
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our company's core values and promoting a positive team environment.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.
  • Regularly check-in with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid/Active Driver's License.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Drug and alcohol-free.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
