We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neurologist to join our team at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As a key member of our department, you will provide exceptional clinical care to children and adolescents with a range of neurological disorders, including epilepsy, recurrent headaches, and other common neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary responsibility for the management of children and adolescents with acute and chronic neurological conditions in our outpatient and inpatient clinics.
- Serve as a member of our interdisciplinary inpatient team, providing evaluation and management of children and adolescents with acute and chronic neurological diseases.
- Offer ongoing follow-up care, both in clinic and by phone, for neurology patients.
- Participate in the training, mentorship, and education of residents, fellows, and APPs.
- Contribute to program development, including involvement in ongoing quality improvement projects.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
- Board certification or eligibility in American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology with Clinical Epilepsy or an equivalent board certification.
- Completion of residency training in Child Neurology.
- 0-6 years of clinical experience, with interest in pursuing academic promotion.
