Key Responsibilities
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and process images to ensure high-quality results.
  • Prepare patient rooms, equipment, and supplies as needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Practice proper radiation safety techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the achievement of departmental and hospital goals through collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Must have recent experience as a Radiology Technician in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Must be registered or eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Must possess a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from the Texas Department of Health (TDH).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
