Accountants One is seeking a highly skilled Commissions Analyst to join our team As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in evaluating our current businesses, processes, and procedures to calculate and distribute sub-distributor payments.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved on the ground floor and create processes and procedures that will make a significant impact on our organization's success. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product sales reporting, network payments, and customer support initiatives.
  • Liaise with area directors and other distributors to calculate commissions based on sales reports.
  • Support company leadership with financial evaluation and trend analytics.
  • Collaborate with our commission specialist to ensure sales commissions for various products are calculated correctly, paid timely, and compliant with agreement criteria.
  • Circulate statements to the network monthly by agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed internal and corporate goals.
  • Maintain network compensation spreadsheets using tools to create internal and external reports from multiple data files.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or a related business field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivots, v/h lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-visibility role.
