About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are washed, sanitized, and ready for use by our culinary team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish room and equipment.
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
  • Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
  • Wash and store all table and kitchenware.
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
  • Bag and haul kitchen trash to the dumpster.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age.
  • Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen.
  • Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces, or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity.
  • Must be able to lift, move, and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time.
  • Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
