Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Parkhurst Dining. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the "batch" cooking method.
  • Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period.
  • Ensure proper line presentation, including the use of proper pans, garnishes, and utensils.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other associates and complete daily production sheets.
  • Follow all HACCP guidelines and cleaning schedules.
  • Assist fellow team members and perform other duties as assigned by management.
