We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Doctors Subacute Care in Paterson. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, conducting treatments, and documenting resident information. This is a part-time, per-diem position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of patient care, including ADLs and routine care.
- Conduct resident/patient treatments, including administering medications and submitting pharmacy orders.
- Accurately document and record all information, including vital signs and resident health status.
- Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
- Monitor fluid/food intake and output, and report any changes to the RN or physician.
- Assist in the admissions process, as directed.
