Job Summary

As a Residential Assistant Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and participate in their communities. You'll assist these individuals in increasing their independence and quality of life, promoting their well-being and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in individual planning processes to ensure personalized support
  • Promote hobbies and recreational activities to enhance quality of life
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and household chores
  • Support individuals with personal shopping, banking, and budgeting
  • Schedule and attend medical appointments, providing medication administration as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote independent living skills
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure effective staff training and coaching
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities
