Dishware Specialist

Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Polishes silverware using a burnishing machine or chemical dip.
• Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
