Glencoe Regional Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a clinical practitioner, you will coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age and type of patient population served on assigned units.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit's standard of care.
- Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization.
- Remain flexible to changing systems and demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice.
- Treat patients, families, and all members of the healthcare team with respect and consideration.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Minnesota.
- Candidate must have current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Possess knowledge of growth and development, specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.
- Will be a willing team player with the ability to multitask and express a genuine care for others through verbal and non-verbal expressions.
- Previous EMR experience is helpful, and Excellian knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a willing team player demeanor are required.
This position is scheduled for 48 hours per two-week pay period, working 8 shifts (Day/Evening) including every other weekend and participating in the holiday rotation.
