  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, building loyalty and repeat business through personalized attention and care.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs to patients, including Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients in these services.
  • Lead teams by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service, ensuring efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
  • Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate these to marketers, ensuring our team is always aware of potential growth areas.
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include long periods of standing, frequent talking and hearing, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds. The employee must also have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a pharmacy license, or the ability to receive one without any federal sanctions, a PharmD or MTM Certification, current Immunization Certification, current CPR Certification, and an NPI Number.
