About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Blythe, CA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the growth and development of our primary care services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, outstanding clinical skills, and a passion for serving the medically underserved patient population. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including examination, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Ideal candidate will have 18-22 patient/day caseload and be available for Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
  • Sign-On Bonus: up to $20,000.
  • Relocation Assistance: up to $10,000.
  • Student Loan Repayment: up to $50,000.
  • PTO: 4 weeks per year.
  • CME Allowance/Time Off: up to 5 days per year.
  • Malpractice Insurance/Tail: provided.
  • Health Insurance: provided.
