We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Solace Pediatric Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in helping children overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, home-based speech therapy services to children in a condensed geographic zone.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
