Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests and staff.
  • Salon Cleanliness: Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain our high standards, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Education and Enrollment: Educate guests on the Frenchies Way and ensure a seamless experience, informing guests about the benefits of the Frenchies Polish Pass program and encouraging enrollment.
  • Attentive Service: Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits to enhance comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years in Customer Service: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a receptionist or concierge role.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
  • Excellent Multitasking Abilities: Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: A friendly, team-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
