Job Overview
We are currently seeking skilled Pilatus PC12 Pilots to join our dedicated team in providing essential air medical transportation services.

Competitive Compensation
We offer an attractive starting wage of $104, with a total annual compensation of $115,327.01. Additionally, we provide a $15,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of training and checkride, alongside a $40,000 retention bonus over a three-year period, following a six-month waiting period. Our pilots enjoy a balanced 14/14 work schedule, with 3,000 in relocation assistance and company-paid crew housing.

Role Responsibilities
Pilots will collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure the safe transport of patients to various locations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring aircraft readiness for dispatch in compliance with all regulations and company standards.
2. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all flights, including load manifests.
3. Communicating effectively with air and ground teams, including flight crews and facilities.
4. Providing thorough shift change information to the incoming pilot and team.
5. Upholding all required certifications and participating in ongoing training.

Working Environment
Pilots will be required to operate in various weather conditions and may need to assist with de-icing, towing, and preparing the aircraft for flight.

Physical Requirements
The role demands physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 70 lbs when assisting with patient loading. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
