  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions, ensuring smooth workflow and inventory management.
  • Production Monitoring: Track and analyze production, packaging, and shipping data to meet performance goals while maintaining process controls.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce sanitation, food safety, and company policies while conducting regular safety audits and training.
  • Equipment Operation: Learn and operate DanHil's manufacturing machines to support production efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee workspace and equipment cleanliness, ensuring adherence to sanitation schedules.
  • Quality Standards: Participate in inspections and uphold food safety protocols to maintain high industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production leadership role
  • Basic math skills (fractions, unit conversions) for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other production reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and operate manufacturing machines
  • Experience working with industrial machinery and high-speed equipment
  • Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts as needed
