Job SummaryKaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE Family Medicine Physician to join our Federal Way Medical Center team in Federal Way, Washington.
This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center to support your patients 24/7.
In our integrated healthcare model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, allowing for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.
Federal Way Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Eye Care, Occupational Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services.
Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology are on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and BenefitsThe entire salary range for this position is $267,336 to $314,513, prorated based on FTE.
Placement of new hires will be in the range of $267,336 to $298,787 based on factors such as education, training, or experience.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan.
Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
