Job Summary:
Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled comprehensive preventive maintenance procedures on residential and public area heat pumps, as well as other building assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial/residential HVAC equipment and building assets, including but not limited to MAU's, PTAC's, RTU's, ceiling cassette units, boilers, commercial hot water heaters, water pumps, mixing valves, water source heat pumps, and aquatherm.
- Complete all issued work orders in a timely manner, including necessary repairs, and provide detailed information regarding tasks performed and any pertinent information needed.
- Responsible for maintaining the proper levels of materials/supplies needed to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
- Perform additional duties requested by the supervisor, senior facility manager, or maintenance managers to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the community.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of HVAC maintenance, with the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
