Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with various wound conditions, including ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, and both acute and chronic wounds. This role also includes educating patients and their families about optimal wound care practices and the selection of appropriate supplies and equipment.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid Wound Care Certification and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in wound management. Additional certifications such as BLS and ACLS are preferred.
