Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the overall activities of the manufacturing facilities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Analyze plant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the plant's budget, including expense control and capital expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

Requirements:
