Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $15.75 and $17.75 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and referral incentives.


Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and independent Direct Care Professional to work in our Supported Living Setting in Nampa, Idaho.

This role involves being a professional mentor to 3 residents per setting, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations through daily activities and support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding, and possess a strong ability to follow program plans.

The schedule includes 12-hour shifts, allowing for 3-4 full days off for a perfect work-life balance.

Available shifts include days (8am-8pm) and awake graveyard shifts (8pm-8am).

Days worked will alternate between every other Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through every other Wednesday.

Benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay, are available to eligible employees.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check is necessary
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to understand resident programs and implement them effectively

Benefits

Eligible employees will receive great benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay.

Additionally, a $700 bonus is awarded after 90 days, and a $400 bonus is given for successful referrals.
