**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to support students in K-12 educational settings near Lawrence, IN.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to address sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.

- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and measure progress.
- Provide direct therapy services and document all sessions accurately.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
**Qualifications:**
- OT: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana OT license.
- COTA: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana COTA license.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
