Qualifications for the Role
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida, adhering to state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • A Nursing Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care environment is highly preferred.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, commitment to service excellence, effective communication skills, and proficiency in reading and following written and verbal instructions are essential.
