Job Summary

The Barback is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Assist bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes and removing dishes from the bar area.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Report any safety concerns or suspicious activity to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent not required.
  • Ability to stand for more than 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
