Job Summary

This is a full-time Construction Project Manager role based out of our Roswell, GA office. The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and growing/improving client relationships
  • Expediting project timelines and ensuring on-time-deliveries
  • Project cost control
  • Leading and managing field staff and trade partners
  • Leading all coordination between project key players and groups
  • Ensuring the entire project team meets the project goals that are set forth
  • Ensuring overall project and company success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • 5 years minimum in a Commercial General Contractors Project Management position
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Have a strong character of integrity, positivity, discipline, creativity, determination, enthusiasm, resilience, persistence, motivation, self-starter/self-driven, and ambition
  • Goal oriented
