Job Overview

Insight Global is in search of an Epic Willow Specialist to enhance our client's capabilities in addressing incident resolutions and managing substantial requests.

Role Responsibilities

Upon joining the team, you will undergo training to familiarize yourself with the established processes and become adept in their agile framework and ticketing system. Subsequently, you will be integrated into the agile sprint board, collaborating with your analyst team to resolve tickets efficiently.

Collaboration Opportunities

You will have the chance to engage with clinical Informaticists daily for a 30-minute Q&A session, as well as participate in team office hours to discuss inquiries and share insights.

Qualifications
  • EPIC Willow Inpatient certification
  • EPIC Willow Ambulatory certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within the healthcare sector
  • Must reside in states within the healthcare footprint
  • Epic Compass Rose Certification (specialty pharmacy)
  • PharmD or pharmacy technician background
  • Experience with enterprise-level hospitals
  • Project management experience that has contributed to process improvement
