About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Director to lead our quality management efforts at EMC Precision Machining II LLC. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and controls that meet or exceed customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing effective quality processes. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures that align with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and manage quality personnel to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing effective quality processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
