As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our clinic.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to patients, families, and healthcare team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous medical billing/office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 10lbs, and repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.
