About the Opportunity

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing, you will have the chance to work in Richmond, Virginia. This 13-week assignment offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.

Job Summary
  • The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Intensive Care.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.

This role requires critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. You will need to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills. Additionally, you should be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, bend, and transport patients as needed.

  • Interpersonal Skills: To work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Technical/Motor Skills: Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
  • Mental Requirements: Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Sensory: Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $160,000 per year, based on a 12-hour shift and 36 hours per week schedule.
