Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a BOH Supervisor and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers
  • Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Maintain quality and consistency of all food served

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
