We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, adhering to the profession's high standards
- Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, particularly in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with Soar providing paid training
- Previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for supporting their development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
