Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead and guide nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Assist physicians with rounds and provide support during physical examinations and treatments.
  • Perform treatments and document patient care according to facility policies.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Proven experience in geriatric nursing with a genuine interest in providing high-quality care.
  • CPR certification and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding patient care and prioritize tasks effectively.
