Evening Community Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical Surgical Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical surgical setting
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
