As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, the Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional drink experiences for our guests. This role involves preparing beverages according to established recipes and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Stock and replenish supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes, to meet service demands.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care, completing necessary reports at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or hazards to management.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and team members, providing excellent service and support.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year in a bartending or beverage service role.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
