We are a global leader in the pet care industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Setup Technician to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri.

Compensation Package: $22.95 per hour including $2.00/hr shift differential, plus benefits and bonuses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve production efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work accurately
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
